Small-Group Systems Approach

ADHD upgrade COHORT

You're in a tough spot...

You're a good parent. You love your child deeply. Yet you've also reached a breaking point where you can't keep doing things the way you've been doing them. Maybe your child is struggling in school, melting down daily, unable to focus—or all three. You're exhausted. You're out of ideas. And despite trying everything you can think of, nothing seems to stick or make a real, lasting difference.

You didn't fail. You just didn't have the right framework.

As a pediatrician who specializes in ADHD and has supported hundreds of families just like yours, I've discovered something crucial:

managing ADHD isn't about finding one magic solution. It's about understanding and addressing three interconnected foundations that, together, help your child's brain function at its best.

Three pillars of ADHD Systems-Based Support

1. Biological Foundations — The nutrition, sleep, and movement that optimize how your child's unique brain wiring fires and functions.

2. Environmental Supports — The external systems, visual supports, timers, and organizational structures that make success easier and more automatic at home and while learning.

3. Parenting Approaches — The specific ways you interact with, guide, and support your child that are informed by how the ADHD brain actually works, not how we wish it worked.

When you understand these three pillars and how to implement them in your daily life, everything changes. Not overnight—but systematically, sustainably, and in ways that actually last.

This cohort isn't about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice. It's about giving you the education, strategies, and community support to address all three pillars so you can finally see the progress you've been hoping for.

If you're tired of feeling like you're failing your child, and you're ready to get a roadmap that actually works—welcome. I'm so glad you're here

About the ADHD Systems Upgrade Cohort

  • Who

The ADHD Upgrade is designed specifically for parents of children (ages 5–17) with ADHD (diagnosed or suspected)

If you are tired of racing out the door in the morning after way too many reminders, spending your evenings in homework stalemate, and sick of constantly correcting your child...this is for you.

I help parents who are ready to stop trying to "fix" their child’s brain and start upgrading their approach & environment to match their neurobiology.

  • What

A four-week virtual program designed to give you the knowledge, tools and motivation to shift your approach. This is a system-wide upgrade. You will receive the knowledge, tools, and environmental supports needed to shift your home from a place of friction to a place of flow.

  • Where

Parents have two places we learn, grow, and connect.

    • Our weekly live sessions will happen on Zoom on Tuesdays at 1:00PM Eastern (12:00 central) with recordings available if you cannot attend live, and you'll have a resource library and private community space to connect with other parents in the cohort, share "wins," and troubleshoot systems in real-time.

    • Your parenting small group is a group of 7-10 parents in a group text to keep the progress rolling. Share wins, troubleshoot bumps in the road, connect and grow. Dr B participates in each text group and shares more strategies and support for parents.

  • When

Next cohort launches March 10, 2026 at 1:00PM eastern. Live sessions will take place on Tuesdays at 1:00PM Eastern
Don't worry if you cannot make it to every live, they are recorded and you can submit your specific questions in advance)

Text check-ins and convos with your small group continue throughout the week so you can share wins, work through struggles, and connect the rest of your parent small group & Dr B.

  • Why

Parenting ADHD is hard and requires a different set of tools and a different & whole-child approach...nutrition, screens, sleep, parenting approaches, self-confidence, medications, expectations...so many different areas contribute to your child's experience with ADHD.

Your child usually knows what to do; they just lack the mind brakes to do it when it counts. Success requires a whole child apporach—stabilizing the biological foundations (nutrition, sleep, dopamine) and engineering the environment (visual schedules, accountability loops) and your parenting approach (relationship & connection, self-confidence, leading instead of fixing).

I've worked with thousands of parents to bridge the gap between ADHD frustration and family connection. I want to help a small, invested group of 50 parents make a big shift.

Stop managing the symptoms. Start upgrading the system.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from a typical parenting class?

Most classes focus on disciple or behavior management. Using rewards, threats, punishments to try to force compliance...

That approach just doesn't work (and doesn't connect us with our child OR help their brain wiring)

Instead, we treat ADHD as a disorder of performance....when we put the systems and approaches into place...performance improves.

This program is an implementation sprint. We aren't just giving you videos to watch; we are helping you build the systems your child needs to thrive.

What if I can’t attend the live Zoom sessions?

Don't worry. While the live energy is great, we know life with ADHD is unpredictable. Every session is recorded and uploaded to our private learning portal. Before sesions, you can submit your specific questions or friction points for me to address during the call, even if you aren't there.

Does my child need to participate in the sessions?

No. This is a "Parent-Only" upgrade. Your child is the beneficiary of the systems you build, but the sessions are designed for you to speak candidly about the challenges of "Shepherding" without your child in the room.

What age range is this for?

The core principles of the Three Pillars apply to any child with ADHD, but our specific approach tools are optimized for parents of children between ages 5-17.

What if my child hasn't been officially diagnosed yet?

A formal diagnosis is not required. If you see the symptoms—inattention, time-blindness, emotional dysregulation, and "point of performance" failure—the systems we build in this cohort will help. We focus on the neurobiology, not the label.

My child is already on medication. Is this still for me?

Absolutely. Medication can help "open the window" for learning, but it doesn't build skills or systems. Think of medication as the "engine tune-up" and this program as the "GPS and Road Map." We work alongside medical interventions to ensure the home environment supports the work the medication is doing.

What are the small groups like? Is participation mandatory?

The small groups are your chance to connect, share, and grow with other parents on the same journey. The groups (8-10 parents per group) are managed over a group text and facilitated by Dr Boucher. Participation is not mandatory but most parents enjoy connecting and troubleshooting with other parents facing similar challenges.

What is the cost?

The investment for the full 4-week cohort is $400/family. This includes all live strategy sessions & recordings, the ADHD Parent Compass diagnostic tool, and your facilitated small group. You also get a year of Dear Parents Premium subscription as a thanks!

Think of this as preventative maintenance that will carry you through years of ADHD parenting. The "hidden costs" of unmanaged ADHD often exceed thousands of dollars a year. This is a one-time investment to install a system that gives you tools that last a lifetime and restores peace to your home.

Can my partner watch, too?

Yes, please! This system works best when the entire family & support system is on board. Both parents (or one parent and another caregiver) are encouraged to attend and are given their own access to live calls, recordings, and the community.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the course?

Absolutely. Your participation cost is risk-free. If you do the work and aren't satisfied, just email for a no-questions-asked refund.

Parents I've Worked With (In Their Own Words)

About Me

My name is Dr. Phil Boucher. I'm a husband, father of six young children, and board-certified pediatrician in Lincoln, Nebraska. I help parents balance their priorities, keep things in perspective, and feel confident in all stages of their parenting journey.

There's no one-size-fits-all solution to parenting, but if there's one thing all parents can agree on, it's that parenting isn't easy. But no matter the ups and downs, all you need is a little empowerment to become the present and productive parents your children need you to be.

I’d like to share my experiences, knowledge, and expertise with you so you can worry less and enjoy parenthood more.

You already have most of what you need, but I can give you the science-based approaches, confidence, and reassurance that you can do this.
